The Advanced Regenerative Manufacturing Institute (ARMI) ARMI is soliciting proposals from qualified general contracting firms to provide construction management services for ARMI’s interior fit-out project located at 150 Dow Street, Manchester, NH.

Background & Project Description

ARMI has received federal grant funding awarded by the U.S. Economic Development Administration. With this funding, ARMI is looking to develop approximately 100,000 square feet across three floors of a former textile mill building to provide cleanrooms, labs, and ancillary facilities for biomanufacturing along with purpose-built training and innovation facilities. This project involves the construction of a state-of-the-art Contract Bio-Manufacturing Organization (CMO) facility (EDA Award 01-79-15319) co-located with a biomanufacturing Training Facility (EDA Award 01-79-15305).
