Dr. Baraniak is a founding member of RoosterBio and has 20 years of experience in the tissue repair and regeneration arena, using pluripotent and multipotent stem cells and biomaterial scaffolds. Before joining RoosterBio, Priya was Senior Director of R&D for Garnet BioTherapeutics, a clinical-stage stem cell-based regenerative medicine company.
Allison Hubel, PhD: Dr. Hubel is Professor of Mechanical Engineering and Director of the Biopreservation Core Resource (BioCoR, www.biocor.umn.edu), a national resource in biopreservation. Dr. Hubel has studied both basic science and translational issues behind preservation of molecules, cells and tissues.
Dr. Roland Kaunas is an Associate Professor and Director of Graduate Programs in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Texas A&M University. He is also the Associate Director of the National Center for Therapeutics Manufacturing, Director of the Regenerative Engineering Foundry, and a Co-Director of the TEES Institute for Manufacturing Systems.
Lisa M Larkin, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Molecular & Integrative Physiology at the University of Michigan. She holds a joint appointment in the Biomedical Engineering Department at the University of Michigan. Dr. Larkin is co-director of the Skeletal Tissue Engineering Laboratory at the University of Michigan and has 28 years of expertise on musculoskeletal physiology and small and large animal surgical procedures and more than 15 years experience specifically with ligament, tendon, muscle and bone tissue engineering.
Christine Reilley is business development director of Healthcare for the Technology Advancement and Business Development (TABD) unit of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), based in New York City. As director, she leads the ASME Alliance of Advanced Biomedical Engineering (AABME), which focuses on creating and growing the Society’s portfolio of programs, products, and services in this area.
