Developing a ready workforce for the biofabrication manufacturing industry is an important part of ARMI's mission. As part of fulfilling that mission, ARMI has leveraged its community portal to connect talent and career opportunities with the BioFabUSA Talent Exchange (BETA) (login required).
With more than 600 active portal users and an ever growing number of member companies, this tool serves as a catalyst to connect people interested in careers in biofabrication with the companies and labs that need their help to succeed.
ARMI | BioFabUSA member organizations have to self-post career opportunities via the community portal (login and select 'Career Opportunities', then 'Post an Opportunity') on the BioFabUSA Talent Exchange (BETA). These postings can be seen by anyone with a community portal account (you do not need to be part of an ARMI | BioFabUSA member to create an account or see the listings). If your company or lab could use help finding talent interested in a career in biofabrication, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to find out more about how to become a member.
Individuals seeking career opportunities can log into the portal, update their user profile and indicate that they are open to being contacted by ARMI members about career opportunities (login and select 'Career Opportunities', then 'Enhance Your Profile').

Team ARMI seeks to make practical the large-scale manufacturing of engineered tissues and tissue-related technologies, to benefit existing industries and grow new ones.
To make this happen, it has gathered together a concentrated group of very smart people who are dedicated to supporting the burgeoning regenerative medicine and regenerative manufacturing industries, compelled by the idea that the therapies produced by this industry will transform lives and proud that we have a special focus on returning form, function and appearance to wounded war fighters.
Employees have the opportunity within an industry and on projects that will have a positive, transforming and enduring impact on millions of people.
ARMI is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to a diverse workforce.
