UC Davis is hosting the Innovation Summit in Protein-Rich Foods (iCAMP25) on September 8–9, 2025. This annual summit, organized by the Integrative Center for Alternative Meat and Protein (iCAMP), brings together more than 300 global leaders in research, industry, investment, and policy to explore the future of food systems.
This year’s theme, Transforming Food Systems & Building the Bioeconomy through Research, Innovation, and Policy, will highlight the role of alternative proteins, cultivated meat, fermentation technologies, and sustainable food innovation in shaping a resilient bioeconomy.
Attendees will include scientists, entrepreneurs, policy makers, and investors working at the intersection of biomanufacturing, food innovation, and sustainability. The summit provides opportunities for knowledge exchange, strategic partnerships, and advancing innovation that supports both economic growth and global food security.
