Over $180 million in new funding from the Economic Development Administration (EDA) is supporting the growth of bio tech clusters outside of traditional regions. The EDA in 2022 selected five regional bio communities to win funding in North Carolina, Virginia, New Hampshire, Missouri, and Oklahoma and funding for bio tech training from EDA Good Jobs Challenge.
