The Advanced Regenerative Manufacturing Institute (ARMI) ARMI is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide architecture/engineering services for ARMI’s interior fit-out project located at 150 Dow Street, Manchester, NH.

Background & Project Description

ARMI has received federal grant funding awarded by the U.S. Economic Development Administration. With this funding, ARMI is looking to develop cleanrooms, labs, and ancillary facilities for biomanufacturing along with purpose-built training and innovation facilities. This project involves the construction of a state-of-the-art Contract Bio-Manufacturing Organization (CMO) facility (EDA Award 01-79-15319) co-located with a biomanufacturing Training Facility (EDA Award 01-79-15305).

RFP & Proposal Details

ARMI is soliciting proposals from qualified Architecture/Engineering firms. All RFP responses are to be submitted by 3:00 PM ET on June 12, 2026.
